Can't reset my password.

I made a new account to make a post on this forum
It's been a few months since I last played and I forgot my password, I tried resetting it but I didn't receive the email. I have proof of ownership and I also have old dm's with an staff member about restoring my account since it was hacked back then when there was a data breach.

I suppose that you didn't validate your email address. De facto, the system can not send you a reset link .... All you can do now is to use your new account ... without forgetting to validate the email ( look in your spams ??? ).
