Server not appearing in the master server list

Hi team,
I'm the owner of the Warden | AU East servers (T6, r5338). Reporting an issue and sharing what I've observed in case the data is useful. I'll leave the interpretation to you.
Symptom
- Players intermittently can't see my servers in the in-game browser. some can, some can't, at the same time.
- Servers appear otherwise healthy: console logs Heartbeat successful. continuously, and players can connect via direct IP.
Observations from my host
- The heartbeat goes out as an HTTPS request to nix plutonium pw and completes successfully (matches the Heartbeat successful. log line).
- Anonymous HTTPS GET to nix plutonium pw and plutonium pw returns HTTP 403 with the Cloudflare "Attention Required" (error 1020) page. This happens on every path I tried, including the root.
- A browser User-Agent on the same request also returns 403.
- The host is a datacenter/hosting IP.
Environment
- Game: T6, Plutonium r5338
- Server: Warden | AU East
- Time observed: Started around 6PM AEST
Questions
- Is anything on the master side currently expected to affect server visibility, and is there anything I should check or change on my end?
- If a Cloudflare Ray ID from one of the 403 responses would help you look into it, I can provide one privately.

snrgabe I don't know how else to get a hold of you but i feel like i have been unfairly banned from your server and i am also banned from the discord which is resulting in not being able to appeal, i was banned for 'likely aimbotting' which is untrue i dont use aimbot nor any other 3rd party device/file or whatever that will improve gameplay. I had multiple people going thru my clips to compile all the "sketchy" wallbangs but not once were they compared to full gameplays where 80% of the game i missed the exact same shots, i was given the opportunity to jump in vc and prove myself but before i had the chance to join i was blocked from all servers and the discord, i asked to prove myself by even showing everything i had on my pc, i asked to even record my screen while playing yet no one actually listened or wanted to see proof and its not hard to see i'm being singled out by everyone in the discord, people were also lying to you saying that i am banned from all these servers like xevnet, idk how because i have been playing xevnet since i was banned and i have never been banned on a plutonium server not once? The Warden server is pretty much the only ever populated server that i actually enjoy playing and all i'm asking for is to be unbanned on discord so i can be able to hash this out properly and prove my innocence to you. Not once have i modded on plutonium since i've installed and i really would not be going thru this much trouble if it wasn't genuine please help me appeal or atleast let me have some type of communication.

JAHKO If its any help, i see you all the time in the xev server, i can vouch you're a legit player. never have i once seen you "likely aimbotting" hopefully you can prove your legit, best of luck :)!
