Appeal for Account Unban
-
Dear Plutonium Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to request a review of the ban placed on my account. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or an error, and I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
I understand the importance of maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players, and I fully support the rules and policies of the Plutonium platform. If any action from my side unintentionally violated these guidelines, I apologize. It was never my intention to disrupt gameplay or break any regulations.
I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my ban and the chance to return to the community. If needed, I am willing to provide any additional information regarding my case.
Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. Your support and effort in keeping the platform enjoyable for everyone are truly appreciated.
Warm regards,
VV -

Warm regards,
VVVileViktor plutonium doesn't do reviews or appeals on bans... the best you can do is wait out your ban and not do what you were doing that caused the ban. If you don't think you did anything "wrong", then the next thing to do would be to figure out what you had loaded that triggered the anti-cheat so you can not have that loaded the next time.

VVVileViktor For a fair system for everyone, you have no right to appeal after cheating. Even if you write an appeal, you still cheated and the anti-cheat banned you. If this is your first ban, wait the 6–7 days. Don’t create new accounts and don’t cheat next time.
If you believe you didn’t do anything and the ban is unfair, you can check:

Just to clarify my situation, I wasn’t cheating. I was in a private match, solo, on Tranzit custom games when the ban happened. No other players, no online pubs, nothing that would affect anyone else.I was running a trainer to change FOV and turn off FOG, speed and things like that, so this really caught me off-guard. I’m thinking it might’ve been a false detection triggered in solo/custom mode. But then again read the anti-cheat policy, and the anti-cheat is on even in a private match custom games unless I'm in LAN mode.
Thanks for your time.

VileViktor yeah, it wasn't a false detection triggered in solo/custom mode... it's in that big red box that you now have seen

Make sure you are in LAN mode next time and you'll be good!

https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/Littlegods I know its an old topic but how ignorant of you, I was just false banned as I was uninstalling world at war to reinstall it to recover DLC maps i was missing and had plutonium open at the same time which caused the anti cheat to ban me.
You're just a cocky, ignorant and insufferable with that condescending reply, the guy genuinely needed some advice like me yet you just plaster him a cheater, you absolute buffoon.

iiNezy I think you’re completely missing the context of the original discussion.
My response was directed at VileViktor’s specific situation. He explicitly said he was using a trainer while playing a private/custom game, and the anti-cheat rules clearly state that third-party tools can result in a ban unless you are playing in LAN mode. I was simply explaining the situation based on the information he provided at the time.
Your situation with World at War is completely different. Having Plutonium open while uninstalling/reinstalling the game does not change what was discussed in this thread, and it certainly doesn’t justify calling me “arrogant,” “ignorant,” or “insufferable.”
You’re replying to a post from almost a year ago with a completely unrelated personal experience and then judging my response based on that. That makes no sense.
If you had a similar issue, you could have shared your experience and given the person some useful information instead of insulting someone over an old comment that was relevant to the situation being discussed.
