hi Prtit and I are the new owners of Z-Tavern. Kiels is no longer involved with us. We’ve been independently rebuilding Z-Tavern, investing in better dedicated servers and our own domain, while keeping VIP prices reasonable. That’s why it was concerning to see Prtit banned from Plutonium today leading to the server keys revoked being without explanation. Given the time and money we’ve invested, we’d appreciate either the ban being revoked or a clear explanation from the Plutonium staff as soon as possible
G -X- S im not sure if this was anything to do with us considering here i am only mentioning the server cipher i only used to ztavern handle as kiels has been using it inside of the discord and that is what he is known for. sorry for not making that clear i was not aware that the ztavern servers were even still up let alone handled by new owners. if this was anything to do with me then i am very sorry and i hope this can be resolved. this issue is on kiels no one else.

Since he gave us the server, he has not interfered in his affairs. So, we operate separately and have no connection to him. Especially after communication was cut off between us when I refused to return the servant to him, out of concern that he would take people's money and leave, as he has done many times before. Therefore, I demand that the ban on 'Pritit' be lifted, because he has nothing to do with this. As we said previously (we operate independently and have no relation to him)

Hey, quick question do you actually know Kiels personally, or did you just show up to defend him with an account you created 7–8 hours ago?
Because right now it just looks like you're jumping in to protect him without really being involved. If you’ve got real experience with him, fair enough but if not, maybe don’t act like you know the full situation.

Yo ElyZium I had created this secondary account because I couldn't log in to my main account, which is this one.I WAS an admin on the server, I don't know him personnally. I only defended the project because as a player I put money in it.
I and an another admin tell him in staff chat to calm down and back up on this situation but yep -_- you can see that's it's not the case.I apologize to Lux and take back what I've said; I was speaking from memory, without a screen in front of me, and I think I confused you with Spike on that point.
Just like Z-Tav when he was owner I think it's a gg, can't help the devil and I'm not a lawyer. Every time it's come to Kiels, it's end up in a Drama I should have learned my lesson back then.

I wish you all, the best.damsblc thank you very much and yes i did speak to the mod who told him to calm down but he never listens. this isnt my first interaction with him and when i was affiliated with the old ztavern server i was always treated with no respect from kiels.
i once looked up to him not knowing the full background around 3 years ago when i had a interest in coding till later i found out he only wants the money.
i do not hate you or anyone else that was involved with this situation all the mods just get told to listen to him and do what he says no one else can be blamed for this then he can.

Cipher closed, but "Slave of Moon" reopened a copy of Cipher named "Husk" (The entire server is based on Cipher which is based on Jackal, previously done by Kiels)
Before Cipher closed, "Slave of Moon" and Kiels advertised "Husk", and then Kiels deleted the Cipher server later today or yesterday at maximum.
Attached is a picture of the Cipher server before they deleted it clearly advertising "Husk":

About the screenshot: yes, when Cipher shut down, a link to Husk was posted there. That was a shout-out to players looking for somewhere to go nothing more. Pointing a closing community towards another server is not the same as owning it, and it doesn't transfer a project from one team to another.
Calling Husk "a copy of Cipher" also isn't accurate. Similar genre and similar base game will always mean some overlap in what a server looks like from the outside, but the project, the people running it and the direction are different.
If someone genuinely believes otherwise, bring actual evidence and we'll address it point by point. Screenshots of an invite link aren't that.

Well the problem is that Husk is a copy of Cipher, take this comparison screenshot of the Jackal Servers (renamed to Cipher later on, but gets the point across) and Husk servers:
They are basically identical, it's like the code for the servers is a direct copyand it doesn't transfer a project from one team to another.
The problem is that the project's base is copied, literally Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, how can most elements the player see be equal between Jackal/Cipher and Husk???

Most of the systems present in Husk are a copy of Cipher's, try:
- The Multi-Pap system you have, which is identical to Cipher's.
- The Camo skins Husk has, which were made by LKurama, which were previously in Cipher.
- The 3x event system you have, which was previously 2x on cipher is identical on Husk.
- Brotus on the Bridge, a GameMode you have, was initially done in Z-Tavern, later "ported" to Cipher.
There's probably way too many things that are also equal, like the source code and the em-dashes in the bot, which I just won't even get started but I refuse to believe this is a project done with good faith and no association to Kiels.

No. Kiels is not involved in husk yes many things are similar to Jackal/Cipher but the server direction isn't the same as kiels server direction.
Also you said "Brutus on the Bridge, a GameMode you have, was initially done in Z-Tavern, later "ported" to Cipher." Yes it was initially done in ztav/jackal/cipher but BotB was originally made public in github long time ago wich was deleted.
And also why coming with a new account on this thread ? are you afraid to come with you main account or are someone jealous that can't come with his main (ex kiels) -

RedArrow27 stop creating alts and posting shi about ppl you don't know, this move sucks bro. If you had good intentions, you wouldn't have created an account specifically for this thread.
This project is not the successor of Kiels' bad scheme, it's just reviving the best of what people experienced from good memories and stuff, and is clearly not related to Kiels since they stated he's not involved and will never be. Kiels is the main guy responsible for leading his community into Deivi's server, and I guess your screenshot lacks of important context that was explained just before me.
Nothing is stolen as it uses public code base and deivi doesn't seem to be a scammer afaik, let's just end this conversation here. It's also easy to re-use and decompile any server mod.
This case is closed and should never be opened again, unless necessary. Pluto staff has much better to do
Just keep this place clean. Plutonium must remain a platform of dignity and respect. There's no need to make things even worse, we're all adults here.
Consider this as my final message here, the necessary actions have been taken and there's no need to do more, we are free from this nightmare
