Error - Invalid download response recieved from the server. Try joining another server.

Setup DLC 5 mod files in exact same directory from client side over to server & no matter what get this error when attempting to connect. Server heartbeat is successful and running with no issues on base maps however any the DLC 5 maps from black ops 1/world at war does this.
Took the errors advice & joined other DLC 5 servers and it loads in no issues after downloading all files to usermaps in storage/T6 folders however after pasting all them over server side & setting dedicated_zm config to load both DLC 5 mod & the usermaps location for fast files, ipaks & base maps it refuses to let me connect.
Would like to know what/how to fix this as their are multiple servers successfully running them so i know that it's possible however found little to no useful advice on the plutonium discord.
