Command or script for bots?

Is there a command for spawning bots into my server or is there a script?
The only thing I found is this but I don't know what to do with it and if I try with the console it says I need to be the host.

Antartik The code is a GSC code for a mod. If you want use it you have to put it on a mod.
You want spawn bots on private or on a server?
