an when i look for it in Servers its not there, i cant host a server and play on the same system can i?turn You can but you have to mind the port. I would recommend changing the server's port to 4977 in the startup parameters and also forwarding that port. Otherwise the server will use either 4976 or 4977 depending on if you start the game first.
If it still doesn't work post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings. -
