High XP on server?

Hi, i just run my first server and i want to ask if there is any way to add something like in iw4 servers "high xp". For example: For every kill earn 500xp or 1000xp...
thanks!And how can i change the "console:" prefix for IW4MAdmin.
i change the 13th line in "IW4MadminSettings.json" to "CustomSayName": "ADM",
but still appears "console:" in game.
