    i can't open bo2 beacuse he is tell me xinput1_4.dll is missing win32 i'm repair directx9 and reinstall he is not open why ? and i'm trying create xinput1_4.dll {rename xinput1_3.dll} he is not open and i watched videos in youtube and he is not fixed can u help me ?

      LonleyV1 If you're on Windows 7, upgrade. We don't support it anymore. Else continue with the following step:

      Install DirectX from here. Extract the DirectX folder to any location and run the DXSETUP.exe.

      (Also, I don't recommend renaming dll files.)

          erfanbehradgamer did you read infamous' reply? It also applies to x64.

            To sum things up before locking this:
            xinput1_4.dll is part of DirectX 9 that does support the latest xinput controllers (XBox One and above), there is no support for it on Windows 7 thus why you can't get it to run on Windows 7 and why the DX9 installer does no install it on Windows 7.
