i can't open bo2 beacuse he is tell me xinput1_4.dll is missing win32 i'm repair directx9 and reinstall he is not open why ? and i'm trying create xinput1_4.dll {rename xinput1_3.dll} he is not open and i watched videos in youtube and he is not fixed can u help me ?

erfanbehradgamer did you read infamous' reply? It also applies to x64.

To sum things up before locking this:
xinput1_4.dllis part of DirectX 9 that does support the latest xinput controllers (XBox One and above), there is no support for it on Windows 7 thus why you can't get it to run on Windows 7 and why the DX9 installer does no install it on Windows 7.
