Doesn't matter, one of you injected something into the game, got banned and the other account increased your timer. Nothing you can do, just wait out your time and you'll be able to play again.

nobody injected anything, is there any way to prove that you have something? his sentence went up to 33 days and besides using nothing he also did not know that entering again would increase the sentence. don't you think it's kind of unfair?

Not really it isn't in anyway kind of unfair. You should've read the pinned anticheat policy that clearly tells you if you attempt to bypass a ban with multiple accounts, your timer increases. And just checked the logs, you did inject something into the game and hence, your ban.

Dss0 Hi my older brother played bo2 plutonium on his laptop and got banned. I logged in with this account and it says you are banned. Wait 42 days. I have not even done anything and when i try to log on the ban gets even longer. I asked him why he got banned, he asked clips using EB but i can't and don't even know how. Can i not get unbanned????

When you log to another account with a banned "pc" thats is considered banned evasion, same if you make a new account and you try to login in you will get automaticaly banned and your old account ban will be incresed.
The only way to be unbanned is wait -
