here you gogunship_stan yea so as you can see it's 0KB, so either the download is failing because chrome is blocking it or your antivirus is. As i said, exclude the bo2 folder from scanning in defender, if you don't know how to exclude folders google it.
For chrome go to settings -> security and turn off safe browsing. -

WeirdoBatman Is it blocking the download and states it as a "Harmful App"? If yes, open the downloads tab and hit "Keep Anyway".
