What's your browser? It might be getting blocked either by your av or your browser. If it's your av, disable it then try downloading it again. If it still doesn't work, probably your browser. Open the downloads tab and hit "Keep Anyway".

Yea I was having the same issue. I just kept clicking the link and it eventually worked. Now my friend is stuck on the same problem and has nothing happening when he clicks the link thats suppose to download the launcher.
