That, when I try to log in the same error keeps popping up, I've already tried restarting my PC and the launcher, and still nothing, BUT when I tried logging in on the online website it did let me in so it isn't my account or anything, can someone help?

Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and run plutonium.exe as admin again.
