Please keep in mind that piry is a proof of concept tool and that download time may vary, even if your internet speed is fast. I'd suggest to run it overnight and let it do its job.
If it still doesn't download, we can not provide you a link to a repack, so you'll have to look for one yourself. Using a Steam installation works aswell if you're ready to take that route.

Piry.exe should work fine regardless of your internet speed. It downloads 1 file at a time and skips past any you already have. This means you can close the program and resume it at a later date/time if you wished. I advise you just be patient and maybe leave it running overnight.
I will however suggest this, steam servers are faster than piry's so, install the multiplayer and zombies mode via steam, then place piry in the game folder. It will skip the game files and only install what you are missing such as Plutonium client file / base game dlc etc.

Piry.exe is hella slow I just cant to download the game from it though my net is not bad. can i insatll the game from an external source??
