I cant open the launcher

when I try to run the plutonium launcher I get:

i try to download the plutonium launcher from the guide but the link http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe is empty

pls help , i just wanna play bo2 :´(

Sponny use another broswer to download the launcher something must be blocking ur download cuz it should start automatically
