well idk how u can play with ur friends but if u want to add friends on black ops 2 then u gotta follow them at the forum. if the other person does the same then u are friends and u will see ur friend list

Lyric__ Hey download radmin vpn and make a virtual server. Simply go to radmin vpn > network> create server and set password.
if you feel bored you can join some readymade virtual network i.e. join network and make sure your friends have joined same network too...
now go to game send them request now they are able to accept the request and join your game tooo......
