Game not opening?

Whenever I try to open the game, I open the Plutonium launcher, and choose either versions of BO2 and nothing happens, I've re-installed the game, and restarted my computer (twice). I've followed the instructions to a T, and even went over it again when I re-installed it. What could be the issue?
EDIT: Yes, I have checked the FAQs for my issue.

I'm stupid, first, try to open the game, then (assuming your game doesn't launch), go into your Windows settings, go to Virus & threat protection, from there go to Protection history, click on the most recent and look at "Affected items:" and you should see something similar to "file: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" as long as you see plutonium-bootstrapper it's what you're looking for, click on actions, click allow, press yes to the pop up, and your game should work. Have fun!
