Server stops synchronizing, console stays open

Pretty much title, my friends server just freezes for us in game, in server console, he sees the server console stops sending data and shows no errors. any help?
We're tired of having a full server and it woul randomly "crash"

Like details to the server and what Pluto version you are using.
