Cant Open plutonium.exe

Used torrent version to download and when I open plutonium.exe it says access denied to (place of the launcher downloaded) and when that pop up goes it says not up to date
what can I do?

• go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local and delete the "Plutonium" folder (if it's not visible enable "show hidden files and folders in the windows explorer options)
• download the launcher from here and replace the existing one with it: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
• run the launcher as admin

Na Mea so you're running plutonium.new.exe? Delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and get the launcher from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
