i cannot play a LAN multiplayer with friends!!

I used Radmin VPN to create my server and my friend connected to it. When i opened the game to play, i could not add my friend even with the VPN. When i tried to connect my friends VPN using the console, the game crashed and showed this error. Help me fix this problem.
