i have been banned for 2 weeks

my game crashed and for some reason i got signed out of my plutonium launcher, then i tried to put in my password but i kept forgetting one of the requirements since im new to plutonium and i wasn't use to the extra characters needed, then on the 3rd attempt i put in the right password but it told me i was banned for 6 days, but i wanted to play with my friends so i made a new account instead, signed in with the new account and got banned for 2 weeks... how and why if i signed in with a new account am i getting banned? over 2 accidental login attempts i just wanted to play zombies with my friends and now i can't for 2 whole weeks, is there anything i can do to resolve this? how do i get banned for extra long when i sign in with a different account?

You were banned for using cheats, I don't believe that using an incorrect password on login attempts does not get you banned. I suggest you wait out your ban and not attempt to further evade it in the meantime.

luigistyle but i wasn't using any cheats it didn't tell me that thats wat the ban was for it said for invalid login attempts i've never cheated in a game, i wasn't even on a multiplayer server i was in a private match with friends

luigistyle i can screenshot it but i'll have to attempt to log in again which might give me a longer ban but i'll do it i think it should say that it cant authenticate my account hold on how should i send it?

cons3pt Just post it here? Attempting to re-login on the same account that you were banned from will not add any extra time to your ban.

Nowhere on that ban message does it say that you were banned for incorrect login attempts. Like I said, you were banned for cheating, we have logs of it. Wait out your ban and don't try to cheat again.

luigistyle it only said it the first time, i understand your suspicion as you may get this often but i promise you i was not cheating, if there is anyway to prove it i will otherwise i'll just end up getting banned again when the ban is over, do your logs say what cheats it was?

i was also getting a weird jumping glitch where it barely jumped for me but when i did jump it would make me float in the air and it would only happen when i hosted a private match idk if that had anything to do with it

cons3pt There is no way to definitively proof someone is not a cheater. Additionally, I will not disclose our logs to you, but I will just let you know that we have definitive knowledge that you did cheat. And for the 2nd / 3rd time, you do not get banned for incorrect login credentials.

how do you have definitive proof of my cheating but then not show me proof or at least give me anything more than that? i apologize im not trying to be difficult im no longer trying to say i got banned for login attempts but it just seems kind of sus that i got banned when i've pretty much mainly just been private matching most of the time i have def not been cheating and i don't want to get perm banned when my sentence is up for hacks when im not hacking and idk what to do

like maybe something interfered with the plutonium or cod files but idk how to resolve that or see what it was

Doesn't matter if he's playing private server with friends or not, plutonium probably just detects the hack. Or maybe that's a made up story and he just wants go back in and hack, who knows, anyway, this forum has an amazing team, be respectable and stop bothering
