Failed to check for Updates

Just to say this before it starts, I have tried every post here, but to no avail.
This is what I see, I have in no way tampered with the game files, tried to run it as admin, run it with the firewall turned off and AV off, restarted my pc, redownloaded the game files but to no avail.Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Could you try a VPN? System wide vpn tho, browser vpns won't work.
