hello i am having problems with plutonium i installed bo2 i did priy but the launcher isn't opening its not giving an error it's just don't opens

Also regarding your launcher not opening, did you check if it's running in the background? If yes, end it from the task manager, add an exception to pluto in defender or whatever AV you're having, then run the launcher as admin again.
