hallow TOGMINT use bluetooth if its a xbox one controller if its a xbox 360 or ps3 you have to plug it in and for ps4 you have to download ds4windows or something like that i cant remember and it should work then

hallow its simple as plug and play as BO2 has native support for xbox controllers.
