It appears you have selected an invalid game folder, the folder you selected in the launcher does not contain the game files required to play the game.

the piry.exe file didnt come with the download and i dont know where to get it, the file location is correct

Piry is not used. Screenshot your game folder and the directory you selected in the launcher.
