how i can host a server on same pc and let my friends join my game ?

If you just want to play with friends, you can start a private match and have them connect to that. If your router supports UPnP, you can use that to automatically open the required ports. If not, you will have to manually port forward, which is outside the scope of this forum.

if you would like to host a server from the same pc look on the forums and make sure when you have it all set up to load up the game your gonna play first or else you cant play while your server is up and you will have to connect with your ipv4
