LAN ingame friend list like Redacted

Would it be possible to add players in the ingame friend list when playing lan like Redacted does ? We can be in the same lobby and not forced to do "connect ip" and wait till the next round to spawn

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
