I can't launch the Plutonium launcher.

I downloaded Plutonium just the other day, both IW5 and BO2, but a new update dropped and now i can't play the game, and I really don't feel like downloading both games again. I get this error everytime i launch plutonium:

If you use defender follow this tut: https://streamable.com/5giauo
If you use any other av software exclude C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium from scanning
If it still doesn't work try restarting your pc and running the launcher as admin.
