l got banned for no reason

l just got banned for no reason, then l make new acc and got banned again and now l have 13 days of ban.l didnt cheat.what can l do?

Like other admins/staffs will say.. u injected something into the game.. and that banned u, dont make another account or ur ban will be extended

Our logs show you injected something into the game while you were on zombies, and hence got banned. Ban appeals aren't a thing now, read the pinned anticheat policy. Wait out your ban, creating more accounts will only increase your timer.
