      I imagine that if you're opening plutonium you have already downloaded the game base file, so i think you can find it in the download folder.
      Anyway, check the install guide and also the FAQ.

        Do you mean that I should put the path in the folder that I downloaded from the torrent?

          Yes, what you downloaded from torrent inìs the entire game. I advice you to move that folder into

          C:/Games
          

          (if you don't have, create it), and to rename the folder from the torrent name to "Call Of Duty Black Ops 2". Plutonium should now recognize automatically the game, if not you know the path.
