Low frames

Im getting low frames when i load up pluto its about 40 frames and when i try to play the game my frames lag badly. if there is a fix for this, let me know.

Year You could try disabling fullscreen optimizations for the bootstrapper, it's located in
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin
right click plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> enable "disable fullscreen optimizations". -
i tried that it didn't work im just trying to play and it's soo annoying.

i installed it but for some reason it's still laggy this happens often but i get times were its completely fine i dont know why this is happening.

Year tried turning on "sync every frame" in the game options?

i fixed it for some reason i have to play fullscreen for it not to lag. (Not Windowed)
