      Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit them and try again.

        HannesC I quit afterburner/discord, restarted pc, checked GPU drivers, the only programs open at the moment are ICUE, wallpaper engine, and Nvidia Control Panel settings

            HannesC Yeah that was turned off and I just tried disabling ICUE, no luck.

              Probably wouldn't help but ehh, did you try disabling/uninstalling afterburner as well? Sorry man I'm outta ideas then.

                    tried disabling Nvidia overlay, didnt work after that either. Could it be windows defender?

                      Doubtful, but you could always try adding Pluto to exclusions. Follow this video and could you screenshot your bo2 folder?
