Launcher issue

When I open bo2 zombies it just says launching game... and then it closes the launcher and nothing happens, no error message or anything

What AV do you have? If you're using defender, follow this. Also install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, in the redist folder provided with the basegame.
