      Q: How can I join a password protected server?
      A: By setting the password via the console with password followed by your passwort (eg.: password swordfish, password "A password with a space").

          Step 1: Open the console with the tilde key (^ or ~)
          Step 2: type

          password thisisthepassword
          

          into the console and hit enter (obv replace "thisisthepassword" with the actual password for the server
          Step 3: Join the server
