Can't join my own server

Other people can join my server but when I try to join, It says "joining game session" but nothing happens.

FireXter try connecting to it via the console using your ip. Is the server hosted on your network? If yes use the LAN ip of the pc it runs on.

Dss0 one more question: if I put a g_password "123" how would I connect to the server? I have to put connect ip:port;g_password "123"?

FireXter yea or you set it before connecting. The clientside dvar is just "password" not "g_password".
