RezTech me refiero al launcher de plutonio empieza a descargar y dice failed to download file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe y lo vuelvo a ejecutar y pasa lo mismo e hecho todo lo de excluirlo de windows defender lo ejecute como admin pero no se instala el launcher

GarridoCod AVG is likely causing that, it's a terrible antivirus, I'd suggest you uninstall it. After uninstalling it, restart your PC and defender will be enabled by default. Follow this video to add pluto to exclusions and launch it as admin again.
