    After i start the game and the loading screen comes this pops up "Couldn't load image 'ac_prs_metal_debtis_a_flr' and the game freezes

      Sounds like your game files are corrupt. You should either verify the game on Steam, or follow the guide here to get clean files.

        i already tried doing that and i installed it again and it did not fix the problem

          Sandelssi yea that won't work because that file is part of the DLCs. So you probably have incomplete dlc files. Have you downloaded the dlcs before (that part is also covered in the guide that RezTech linked)?
