How to forward port 4976??

Ive been trying to play a custom game with friends and ive tried everything to make my upnp enabled and ive tried forwarding my port but nothing has worked

shan_ those are just your network adapter settings on your pc, nothing to do with port forwarding (apart from having a static ip assigned, that is helpful).

Dss0 I have the same problem, I created a rule in the firewall, a forward port for 4976 but it is still not working
