I have a problem entering my friend's session, I double-click on his name in the friends list and nothing happens in the joining game session but it disappears and does not enter the session I tried to enter his ip but it gave the same problem as I do for correct this error, or is there another way to enter his session?

Does the host have UPnP enabled? If not, you can't join him though the friends list - he's gotta port forward manually and you need to punch his IP in your console via
connect <host ip>. Detailed guide can be found here. -
my friend has UPnP deactivated, he has already put the private network on and remains deactivated. is there any other way to activate it or something?

AnTVortex door? what do you mean? The host of the match has to forward port 4976 udp. After that people should be able to connect to him either using the friendlist or by connecting via the console using his wan ip.

But it might be using dual stack so it's a NAT'ed ip. If that's the case he won't be able to host anything.
Just try connecting using that ip. -

in step 5, 6 he has to use the DNS server, but the DNS server is too big to be an IP, so there is no way to get his ipv6 because it is not a normal ip

AnTVortex use 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 as primary/secondary dns.

AnTVortex as i said, if he has dual stack (which he prolly does, meaning ipv6 + nat ipv4) he won't be able to host anything, there is no fix, it just won't work until pluto adds supports ipv6.
However another thing you could try is using radmin vpn or hamachi (you have to use the radmin/hamachi ip of the host and connect via the console). -
