Error when starting !start_zm_server.bat

When running !start_zm_server.bat as Admin I get this error:
If I run it normally it's unable to find the default .cfg for zombies and gets stuck finding plugins:
Any help is appreciated.

BRAHN don't run it as admin, dedicated_zm.cfg goes into the "main" folder in your server folder by default, you have to create that folder.
