Desktop Access Needed?

Do you need remote desktop access to the server in order to login to this https://gyazo.com/bb45fb739aa93837f0d3dddad5966ce6 and start the server? Or can it be launched just by having the Updater.bat and StartServer.bat files along with the plutonium.exe in the right place?

Swoopy you don't need to login when starting a dedi but you do need to have access to the server, how else are you gonna set up and start the server?
Dss0 Thanks for the reply, yeah I mean will it be sufficient to have control of managing the server files (upload/edit.cfg's etc) and command lines like (+set dedicated, +set net_ip) but not actual remote desktop control to log in to the ui. If you get what I mean
