Mi plutonium no abre

Hola, les explico, mi plutonium no abre aunque descargue nuevos archivos de redist, descargue lo que habia dentro de los redist, desinstale todos mis antivirus, lo ejecute como administrador, descargue la otra aplicacion de plutonium del post, no inicia por nada, lo unico que me di cuenta que en el post sobre como descargar plutonium aparecia un archivo llamado " piry " o algo asi, ese no aparece en mi carpeta, no se si ese sea el error, ayuda por favor
