Stuck on waiting for other players (Server Build)

Trying to connect to my server but i get stuck on waiting for other players I'm hosting and playing on the same computer so basically all i need to do is do connect localhost:27017 and I've done this before awhile back and i recently came back to iw5 and now it doesn't work:/ and yes I've updated the game files!
