Can you set your game language to English so I can actually read your settings? Thanks. Post screenshots for both Steam and Plutonium IW5. Have you restarted your game after changing the image quality?

how could I? I only have the french version. Yes i have restarded the game after changing image quality.
aRnaZ you right click on your steam copy go to propertied then under language you can change it to english
