open plutonium-launcher-win32.exe from AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin
works for me -
- Try running the launcher as admin
- Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium
- Try following this video guide https://streamable.com/5giauo
running anything but plutonium.exe is a bad idea as your game will not stay up-to-date.
