Controller does not work

Hi. I use a Xbox One S controller, and my controller does not work on IW5. I use it wired with a MicroUSB cable, if that helps. Thanks!

- make sure steam controller support is off
- make sure controller option in game is on
3.the controller only works in game you still have to use kbm on the menus
