Stuck on awaiting connection

Every time I try to join a server it stays stuck on the loading screen and says "awaiting connection" it goes up to like number 30 then says server timed out. When I first got Plutonium this was never been an issue until a few weeks ago and haven't been able to play since,

How long does your PC need to load a map?

Not very long, definitely less than a minute long when it actually worked.

Thats because you only have 90 seconds to load into the game.
