Stuck on awaiting connection

Every time I try to join a server it stays stuck on the loading screen and says "awaiting connection" it goes up to like number 30 then says server timed out. When I first got Plutonium this was never been an issue until a few weeks ago and haven't been able to play since,

How long does your PC need to load a map?

Not very long, definitely less than a minute long when it actually worked.

Xerxes about 2 minutes at least. Once the bar reaches the end it says “awaiting connection 7” then it goes all the way up to 30, kicking me out after that.

Thats because you only have 90 seconds to load into the game.
