Keeps giving me EU servers when I live in US

Only EU servers are appearing on the server list. I live in the US though..
I will play a few games or maybe only one and for some reason the game will boot me and say that I have some error about my connection. After that I cannot join that server for hours, restarting the game won't do anything.

You can sort the server list by a number of parameters, in this case you should be sorting by ping. If you are able to see the server list, then you should have no problem seeing all of the servers that are using Plutonium. As for the connection dropping, it sounds like you may have some sort of firewall appliance between you and the server which is causing connections to temporarily be rejected.
